Frank Pietromonaco Managing Broker (retired)

Frank was born in Washington and has spent 48 of his 56 years living here and learning about the intricacies of enjoying the terrific Pacific Northwest. As a graduate of Issaquah High School and the University of Washington School of Dentistry, he has gained a familiarity with the area that complements his knowledge of real estate. He embodies professionalism and dedication. His patient, caring approach toward each client, combined with his vast experience and expertise, creates an atmosphere that is genuine and rewarding.

Since entering real estate, Frank has been voted the Coldwell Banker Rookie of the Year and has been a member of the prestigious International President’s Elite Club or President’s Circle Club for every year in the profession. In that time, he has represented Sellers and Buyers in many of the area’s finest neighborhoods from Seattle waterfront to the majestic views of Lakemont. From Maple Valley to the beautiful Snohomish horse farms.

Frank comes from a life dedicated to his family and the tireless care learned from 15 years as a medical professional. He will bring the skills he has gleaned from those endeavors to create a real estate experience that will be both successful and memorable.

Frank has retired from real estate and The 425 Group to pursue an exciting start-up venture as the West Division VP with Vicis, a company creating a new football helmet aimed at reducing concussion.
